Installation and operation methods of pneumatic single diaphragm pump;
1. this product must be installed vertically and pointed to the on the pump body: the ink circulation pump can be installed on the ink barrel or fixed vertically on the front plate of the printer (fixed to the bottom of the pump with a cylinder of diameter 12mm).
2. medium inlet and outlet hose connection.
3. connect air compressor to the intake port of pump, air compressor start working, select good working pressure 0.25~0.65Mpa, open regulating valve, pump start work, medium injection after several seconds, normal work.
4. please equip the air filter at the outlet of the air compressor to keep the air source clean, otherwise the pump may stop working.
5. when the medium is high and the pump is difficult to start, please press the number of the exhaust vent with the hand until the pump is working properly: after the work, the pump must be cleaned with water or other solution medium.
